Special Sessions and Workshops:

Proposals for special sessions and workshops MUST include: host organisation, organiser/s, title, proposed date, proposed length, number of participants. Abstract Word Limit: 1000

Oral Presentations:

Abstracts for oral presentations MUST be less than 300 words, contain NO figures, tables or graphs, and the presenting author should be listed first. Oral presentations will be 15 minutes in length with 5 minutes for questions, unless the Steering Committee has otherwise specified (e.g. for Plenary Presentations). Please ensure that you choose the correct theme when submitting your abstract. Time (minutes): 15. Abstract Word Limit: 300

Poster Presentation:

There is a dedicated poster session during the Symposium. Abstracts for poster presentations MUST be less than 300 words, contain NO figures, tables or graphs, and the presenting author should be listed first. Abstract Word Limit: 300

Author Details:

All author details must be included in the submission in the correct order (presenter must be first). Ensure that the fields are completed in full – affiliation refers to the organisation, bio refers to position at the organisation. If any authors are students, please specify this under bio, together with current registration (i.e. MSc). The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics for species names, and contains no graphs, figures, and tables.
